Hey hey, my name is Nola and my goal here at Locs O' Luv is to educate and enhance the knowledge of textured hair! I specialize in all things Locs/ dreads, I have been doing Locs for about 9 years and Locs will always be my first love. I also provide twist and braid services. Loc O' Luv by Nola is a luxury hair care service that provides an individualized personal experience. Washes include a steam treatment and a scalp massage. I only use all natural products hand crafted by Nola (yours truly) for loc maintenance, so no petroleum jelly, waxes, or creams will touch your head. I am capable of doing all hair textures as well as children 3+. I do not do sew ins, wigs, quick weaves or any styles like that. I will send text reminders so please make sure your contact info is current and correct! This location has stairs, please keep this in mind when booking. CANCELLATION POLICY
When canceling an appointment, a 12 hour notice is required. Deposit is non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once (ex. if you reschedule more than once, another deposit will need to be paid) Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 85% of that service There is a 10-minute grace period - after 10-mins, there will be a $20 late fee (after 15mins the appointment will be canceled and charged 85% of the service. If I am late by more than 15 mins for your appointment I will discount $10 towards your appointment, if I must reschedule I will discount $20 towards your appointment.
